If you're looking for kelp water tsukemen, which is currently trending, here's where to find it in Sano
Chewy noodles in a soy sauce-based dipping sauce with a strong green onion flavor.
We also offer lemon toppings and salted seaweed, which is recommended for a refreshing taste.
The rare chashu rice bowl was also refreshing with wasabi soy sauce.
It's a pretty popular restaurant, so you might have to wait a bit even on weekday nights.
You might have to wait on Saturdays and Sundays, but this is a cup you'll want to try even if you wait.
When you come to Sano, please come
I think the taste depends on your preference... It was too dark for me. It feels like an unusual ramen shop. I think it's good to try it once. There were a lot of noodles and toppings, so it was satisfying to eat. I think the cost performance is good.
There are no noticeable signs, so I passed by without noticing the store. Confirm that you are on the 1st floor of the multi-tenant building just north of Kawachi Yakuhin and return again. The entire parking lot was filled as soon as the store opened in the afternoon. The vacant parking lot in the back is for apartment residents, so there is a warning not to park there. After waiting for a while, the first customer came out and the parking lot became empty. Take a seat and look at the menu. I had looked at the menu section of Google Maps beforehand, and now I'm looking at the menu again, but there are no pictures of the products, and there are lots of small prints, so I can't decide right away. The staff was waiting for me, so I decided to order the salt soba with the scent of clams (limited quantity). The appearance is very sophisticated and the presentation is reminiscent of famous ramen shops in Tokyo. When you take a bite, you can feel the pleasant texture created by the thin noodles and chopped onions. In addition, the most important part, the clam soup, is light but has a deep flavor. It was delicious and I drank it all. It may seem a bit pricey considering the quantity, but it was a restaurant that served high quality ramen.
Unlike the soy sauce ramen's plain appearance, the soup had a strong flavor and was very delicious.
Even normal ramen has a lot of pork and is very cost-effective.
Also, while many char siu bowls have a sweet flavor, the one here was seasoned with steak sauce, which I liked.
Another great point is that you can use PayPay at individual ramen shops.
The lady at the hall looked like Mari Natsuki, and she was smiling and serving customers in a very nice way.
The clam salt ramen had a rich soup stock that impressed me.
very delicious.
The noodles were chewy, but as you eat them, they gradually become soft, so if you want to enjoy the chewiness, you might want to finish eating early or try tsukemen.
For the tsukemen, I was impressed by the slimy texture of the kelp for the first time. This was also delicious.
Toward the end, I started to get tired of it, which is typical of ramen, but it was more gradual than at a normal ramen shop.
I was on a trip to Sano with my partner who wanted to eat Sano ramen, and my navigation settings were set to this restaurant.
He seemed a little annoyed that it wasn't Sano Ramen, but when he saw the ramen that was served and ate it, he was overwhelmed with compliments (lol).
No matter what you eat at this restaurant, it is of a high standard.
This is my third time, and every time I miss the entrance and end up going through.
This restaurant is popular for its kelp water tsukemen. The arrangement is so beautiful that I fell in love with it. If you like tsukemen, this is a masterpiece menu that you must try at least once.
I think this ramen restaurant is recommended for tsukemen. Most people opt for tsukemen, but clam salt soba and gyoza. The rabbit has horn and richness. The noodles are straight noodles. There's a lot of chashu in there too, so you'll be satisfied. Soy sauce is a sweet soup. This is delicious on its own, but if you like Sano ramen, you might rate it low, but it was delicious.
